Media requesting access to information in death of Marine wife

News organizations are seeking to unsealsearch warrants in the murder investigation of a Camp PendletonMarine’s wife.

A judge in Vista is scheduled to hear argumentsWednesday from an attorney representing 10 news organizations,including The Associated Press.

The San Diego County districtattorney’s office wants to keep the documents sealed.

Threeroommates have pleaded not guilty to murder in the death of22-year-old Brittany Killgore.
