Inland Empire gas prices rise again

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire rose today for the 24th time in 25 days, increasing nine-tenths of a cent to $3.854.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has increased 19.9 cents over the past 25 days, including 1.1 cents on Sunday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is 5.9 cents more than one week ago, 16 greater than one month ago and 7.6 cents above what it was one year ago.
