Fire destroys home in Desert Hot Springs
A fire destroyed an abandoned Desert HotSprings residence early Friday morning, a county fire department spokeswomansaid.
The blaze was reported shortly after 5 a.m. in the 61700 block of KolbeRoad.
The 800-square-foot structure was “completely destroyed” and noinjuries were reported, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman MelodyHendrickson said.
The cause was under investigation.
