Preliminary hearing for woman accused of being accessory to murder

A July 11 preliminary hearing was set today for a woman accused of helping her husband and his friend around the time that they murdered her husband’s sister in La Quinta. The hearing will determine whether there is enough evidence for Madelyn Alexis Oudin to stand trial on a felony count of being an accessory in the June 10, 2011, slaying of 70-year-old Judy Munson of La Quinta.
