Fire burns mobile home in Rancho Mirage
Fire broke out at a double-wide mobile home today just before 11:30 a.m., according to Cal Fire.
The fire was at a mobile home park near the intersection of Highway 111 and Frank Sinatra. One mobile home was destroyed. Fire crews were able to put out the fire before it spread to any surrounding homes.
According to our crew at the scene, the woman who lived in the homewas able to get out safely, but her dog died and her cat is missing.
