The River at Rancho Mirage has been sold
The River at Rancho Mirage will soon have new ownership.
It was announced on Thursday that the shopping, theater and restaurant complex is being purchased by Pacific Castle, based in Irvine.
The new owners will take over The River on June 10.
The outdoor mall was put on the market earlier this year.
