Some roads East of Valley remain closed due to Sunday Storms

Here is the latest road closure report from Cal Trans:

This weekend’s monsoons have caused flooding and some road damage resulting in full closure to the following state highways:

• Interstate 10 (I-10) eastbound at Eagle Mountain (about 4 miles west of Desert Center -post mile 103) has one lane open for an unknown duration. An emergency contract is in place to repair the washed out #2 lane.

• SR 62 is closed from Pinto Mountain Road (approximately post mile 38.2) to Vidal
Junction (post mile 125) for an unknown duration.

• SR 177 is closed entirely from Interstate Ten to Highway 62 for storm clean up for an unknown duration.
