Only minor injuries reported after truck rolls over on I-10
The California Highway Patrol cleared the scene of a traffic accident on eastbound Interstate 10 just west of Cook Street Wednesday morning. Only minor injuries were reported.
A truck flipped onto its side, causing it to throw boxes into the roadway, according to CHP. Tow trucks were called in to remove the truck from the side of the interstate.
Traffic wass backed up to west of Monterey Ave. at about 30 miles per hour, according to CHP. Viewers said they were dealing with 15 to 30-minute delays.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
