Possible delays on 111 starting Tuesday in Palm Desert

Motorists should expect delays on Highway 111 between Sage Lane and San Pablo Avenue this week.

From 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, an eastbound lane will be closed to traffic within that stretch of the highway related to construction on the adjacent El Paseo Square project.

Drivers are encouraged to allow extra time or use alternative routes.
