1.9 earthquake hits near Salton Sea
A 1.9 magnitude earthquake occurred near the Salton Sea Sunday.
According to the KESQ and CBS First Alert Weather App’s earthquake tracker, the earthquake hit just north of Bombay Beach around 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
This comes after a 3.5 earthquake was recorded earlier Sunday morning near the Salton Sea.
No injuries were reported from either earthquake.
