Coachella Valley Animal Campus hosts adoption to benefit combat vets and homeless pets

Daniel Silva from the Coachella Valley Animal Campus was in studio Saturday morning, hoping to find 5-year-old cocker spaniel, Wlado, a forever home.

The shelter is hosting a ‘Combat Vets and Homeless Pets’ event Saturday at their San Jacinto location, 581 S. Grand Ave. If you can’t make the event, the discount still applies on July 8 at any Riverside County Animal Campus location. Adoptions are discounted to a $49.

Twenty dollars from each adoption will go to the Animals Solution Konnection (ASK) Foundation and an additional $20 will go the Reaching New Heights Foundation, a non-profit organization assisting combat veterans.
