Health and wellness expert, Jennifer Di Francesco, discusses ‘perfectly, imperfect’ concept

Jennifer Di Francesco, health and wellness expert, was in studio Sunday morning discussing mental health.

Francesco shared her perspective on the concept, “perfectly, imperfect”. She studied the Japanese culture when she stumbled upon the concept, which is called Wabi-Sabi, a 700-year-old theory. The teachings come from a Buddhist approach which encourages people to honor imperfections.
