Hiker Rescued On Rainy Mt. Jacinto
Rescuers have reached a hiker who got lost in the San Jacinto Mountains.
The Riverside Mountain Rescue unit was dispatched last night to begin the search.
He was spotted by helicopter near the Black Mountain Campground, located in the San Jacinto Mountains towards Idyllwild.
High winds prevented an air rescue, so crews had to conduct the operation using a cell phone signal and their feet.
Other than a little cold, the hiker was reportedly in good condition.
