Media Advertising Sales, KRDO-TV, Colorado Springs

NEWSCHANNEL 13 is looking for an Account Executive to generate revenue by selling television, radio, Telemundo and web advertising to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Meets and exceeds radio, TV and web sales budgets; solicits business from self-generated prospects, leads and accounts as assigned; prospects for and generates New Direct clients; develops a positive relationship with local clients and their agency of record; assists in resolving billing and collection problems; coordinates commercial production; provides sales and station management with reports and participates in all sales meetings.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a highly motivated personality. Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required. Prior outside sales experience preferred.
