Local Sales Manager, KESQ/KDFX/KCWQ, Palm Desert, CA

KESQ/KDFX/KCWQ Palm Desert California is seeking a Local Sales Manager to lead and manage our Local Sales Department and its efforts in developing new revenue for television and the web. This position must coach, encourage and supervise, while creating a positive culture that is customer focused and relationship driven.

Duties and Responsibilities: Specific duties include but are not limited to; managing the local sales department, meeting or exceeding Local sales budgets, developing New Direct business, and providing creative customized solutions for local advertisers.

Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have previous Local Sales and/or Local Sales management experience, be highly motivated and possess good organizational and interpersonal skills..

Successful candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen and back ground check.
