Making Short Ribs

Here are the steps: 1. Buy short ribs at any grocery store. 2. Salt, pepper, and flower the ribs. 3. Cook in a pan with some oil. Don’t worry about browning or blackening the outside – they are better a little brown or black. 4. Put ribs and chicken or beef stock in a pan and put in oven for 3-4 hours, depending on how much you like your meat cooked. 5. When cooked, add a tablespoon of corn starch as a thickener for the gravy.

Serve with your favorite starch and vegetables. Enjoy!!!
