Cathedral city adult book store robbed
Cathedral city police continued to look Wednesday for an armed robbery suspect accused in an early morning hold up.
Police were called to the Hidden Joy, an adult book store, on the 68400 block of Commercial road shortly before 1:30 Wednesday morning.
Officers say a man was armed with a gun when he entered the business and demanded money from a clerk.
Police didn’t say how much money was taken.
Nobody was hurt.
The suspect then escaped in a vehicle.
The suspect was described as a white man, 18 to 35 years of age, 5’6,” 150 pounds and last seen wearing a long sleeved shirt and blue jean shorts.
