Man found naked in Cat City storage container connected to Walter Williams
We are learning more tonight about a high level arrest of a man who was connected to one of the FBI’s top ten most wanted criminals caught earlier this week in Mexico.
On May 14th at 6 p.m., Cathedral City Police say they received a tip that Richard Arlington, connected with Walter Lee Williams, was possibly hiding in a storage unit in Cathedral City.
Cathedral City Police responded, and found Arlington inside the container, naked, laying on a makeshift bed.
He was taken into custody for a federal arrest warrant for possession of child pornography. Police officers took him to the hospital, as he complained of medical problems.
The FBI came and picked him up at the hospital, says Capt. Chuck Robinson.
