Supervisor Benoit to speak on local economy, clean-air acts in Coachella
Riverside County’s 4th District Supervisor John Benoitwill address Rotarians about the local economy, clear-air projects and otherissues in eastern Riverside County today and tomorrow.
“Rotarians across the valley are making a tremendous differencelocally, where they are focused on improving conditions in the easternCoachella Valley,” Benoit said. “I appreciate the opportunity to acknowledgetheir humanitarian efforts, and look forward to updating them about otherhappenings in county government.”
Benoit, who chairs the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, is set tospeak at the Coachella East Rotary Club at noon today at the Coachella CityHall, 1515 Sixth St., according to spokesman Darin Schemmer. Those who want toattend should make a reservation with Laurie Holk at (760) 699-1617.
