Banning house fire displaces homeowner
A man was displaced this afternoon when a fire damaged his Banning home, a county fire department spokesman said.
It took about 40 minutes to contain the blaze, which broke out about 2:40 p.m. in the attic of the home in the 1100 block of Bay Hill Road, said
Riverside County Fire Department spokesman Mark Annas.
No one was hurt. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
