Cathedral City police interrupt possible burglary

Cathedral City police say they interrupted a possible burglary at Vega and Avenida Ximino around 12:00 p.m. Saturday.

Police were looking for outstanding suspects in the area, but did not confirm any other details at the time of publishing.

Viewers tell us police had the neighborhood blocked off, with at least 10 police cars on scene. By 12:15 p.m., the scene was clear, though a helicopter was seen circling the area.
