LGBT community talks faith in Palm Springs
Local faith leaders from diverse religious traditions, including paganism, Evangelical Christianity, Judaism, and others will gather Saturday to discuss faith in the LGBTQ community.
The first LGBTQ Spiritual Summit aims to start a conversation about thorny issues involving religion and empower people who have been struggling to reconcile their faith with their sexuality, organizers said.
The event begins at 1 p.m. at the Palm Springs Convention Center, 277 North Avenida Caballeros.
