Palm Springs landowner speaks out about evicting businesses

Continuing coverage on a battle over a commercial building in Palm Springs. For the first time, one of the landowners of the property speaks out to News Channel 3 anchor John White.

Several business owners contacted us about being forced out of their Indian Canyon business by the end of May. We hear from Moraino Patencio, one of about two dozen landowners, who shares why he feels they have the legal right to remove the business owners from the property.
