No arrests made during CHP checkpoint

No arrests made after the California Highway Patrol conducted a sobriety checkpoint Friday on Washington Street south of 41st Avenue.

During the check point there were approximately 329 drivers screened. Of those 329 drivers, 25 were evaluated to find out if they were driving under the influence.

CHP wants to remind everyone to help save lives by always designating a sober driver, properly wearing seat belts and driving safely this holiday weekend.
