Fire destroys Palm Springs apartment
A fire forced a woman out of her Palm Springs apartment Sunday.
Palm Springs firefighters are on scene of a structure fire with assistance from Cal Fire, Riverside County and Cathedral City Fire Department.
It broke out just after 7:00 p.m. on the 400 block of Villa Court near San Rafael Drive.
Witnesses tell KESQ and CBS Local 2 they heard a loud boom before seeing three-foot flames coming out of the apartment.
The woman living in the apartment said she was not home when the fire started.
The apartment is a complete loss.
Witnesses say no one was hurt.
