North Indian Canyon Drive reopens through wash
North Indian Canyon Road reopened to traffic through the wash in Palm Springs, between Tramview Road and Palm Springs Station Road Monday morning. The roadway had been closed until further notice Sunday evening, according to the Palm Springs Police Department.
Gusty winds and blowing sand were leading to reduced visibility on the roadway, according to police.
The road reopened shortly after 6:00 a.m. Monday.
