Morning anchor Angela Chen takes a look at how one of the few dedicated ramen restaurants in the Coachella Valley is doing amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Owners Casey and Stella Kim opened Ramen Musashi in April of 2019, their second restaurant in the Coachella Valley. (Musashi, a sushi restaurant, is their first.)

Ramen Musashi is available for takeout as well as delivery.
