Flex Alert issued for Labor Day weekend
A reminder that the state has issued a Flex Alert for this Labor Day weekend.
People are encouraged to avoid using major appliances between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. The alert will end Monday night.

- Defer use of major appliances.
- Turn off unnecessary lights.
- Unplug unused electrical devices.
- Close blinds and drapes.
- Use fans when possible.
