Construction begins on Palm Springs Plaza Theatre
This week marks the beginning of the long-anticipated restoration of the Palm Springs Plaza Theatre.
The restoration project will be fronted by Woodcliff Construction through the estimated 18-month construction period.
Representatives of the Palm Springs Plaza Theatre Foundation say that the restoration and modernization of the plaza is lucrative investment for the community. Upon completion, the foundation estimates that the theatre will attract about 135,000 visitors and contribute over $4 million to the city's economy annually.
