Officials tour Palm Springs Homeless Navigation Center ahead of phase 2 of project

The long-delayed Homeless Navigation Center in Palm Springs is now providing hygiene services, meals, and shelter with the goal to eventually move people into permanent housing. 

News Channel 3’s Shay Lawson toured the project today with more on the progress being made.
