PSUSD teacher competes for title of ‘America’s Favorite Teacher’: Cast Your Vote for Ms. Carlye Marshall

A teacher from the Palm Springs Unified School District is in the running to become 'America’s Favorite Teacher.'

Carlye Marshall teaches math and science to 6th graders at Painted Hills Middle School, and her passion for her teaching is evident.

Ms. Marshall has progressed from the Top 20 to the Top 15 and currently holds the 7th place in the running for 'America’s Favorite Teacher.' To advance to the next stage of the competition, she needs to secure a place in the top 5.

And if she wins, she’ll be awarded $25,000 that she’ll use to buy engaging and hands-on science equipment for her classroom.
