Warm Finish to the Week, Above-Normal Temperatures Continue for the Coachella Valley
Absolutely gorgeous and WARM end to the work week across the Coachella Valley. Many spots around the region this afternoon have climbed into the upper 90s! We'll see a *slight* cooldown this weekend following today’s warm and sunny conditions--thought highs will stay remain above normal.
This weekend a low pressure system passing to the north and periods of offshore winds will bring breezier afternoons and evenings, with gusts reaching 35 to 45 mph through wind-prone areas and mountain passes.

Highs will hover in the low 90s Saturday and Sunday, a few degrees cooler than today.

By early next week, high pressure starts to build back over Southern California, leading to drier air and another small warming trend. Temperatures will climb through midweek, with Wednesday expected to be the warmest day — potentially running 10 degrees above average. Clear skies and calm weather will continue through the end of next week, making for a sunny and warm stretch across the valley.

Right now, Halloween Day looks sunny and dry with highs in the 90s and a mild and comfortable evening for trick-or-treaters.
