Big rig crash on interstate 10 east of the Coachella Valley

A big rig accident happened on westbound Interstate 10 at 7:13 this morning west of Eagle Mountain.

The big rig hit a bridge and went into a ravine, and then caught fire.

The CHP says the driver managed to get out of the big rig, but no word on whether the he was injured.
