Rancho Mirage woman celebrates 101st birthday
It was a special day at Atria Rancho Mirage Terrace Monday. The senior living community celebrated Thelma Curacolo’s 101st birthday.
She said the key to a long life is time spent with family. She said she has two children, four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
When we asked Thelma if she had any big plans for this year, she said, “I didn’t think I was going to live this long!”
She celebrated with friends at the community and family.
Thelma said she has spent most of her life in the Coachella Valley. She loves playing blackjack and says with the exception of her wheelchair, she’s still in perfect health.
