Two Desert Mirage High students receive BNP Paribas Open scholarship

Two students from Desert Mirage High School seniors were named the recipients of the 4th annual BNP Paribas Open scholarship.

Maria Lopez from Mecca and Daniel Ramirez from Thermal, both seniors, will each receive a $15,000 scholarship for their college education.

Lopez and Ramirez will be recognized Saturday at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden’s Centre Court.
