Person killed in Coachella rollover crash
Emergency crews are on the scene of a fatal rollover crash near the intersection of the 86 Expressway and Dillon Road in Coachella.
The accident was reported at around 10:55 a.m. The vehicle that rolled over was a black SUV.
According to CHP, a person was killed in the accident. Two ambulances have been requested to the scene.
A paramedic was seen on scene giving CPR to someone at the crash scene. It is unclear at this time how many people were in the SUV and the extent of their injuries. The SUV rolled over and came to a rest on its wheels.
One lane of HWY 86 southbound is closed south of Dillon Road.
