PALM DESERT – It’s times like these when social media takes a new meaning.
Over the last week, the Coachella Valley has been inundated by torrential rains on the valley floor, flooding near the Salton Sea, and snow in the high desert. In each instance, people grabbed their cameras, cell phones, and camcorders, and sent us some stunning pictures of what it’s like to be in the middle of the news.
