Betty Ford Clinic Fires Staffer Involved In Lindsay Lohan Incident
UPDATE: According to TMZ.com, Dawn Holland, the woman who told TMZ Lindsay Lohan hurt her bad, was fired 30 minutes ago by Betty Ford officials.
Holland tells TMZ a honcho from the Betty Ford Clinic told her she violated patient confidentiality and was therefore terminated from her job as a chemical dependency tech, which paid $1,784.74 a month.
Holland says she told the official, “I didn’t feel you had my back. When you placed me on administrative leave you were investigating me, and 9 times out of 10 that means the employee will be fired.” Holland says the official responded, “We wanted you to keep this quiet.”
As for why Holland spoke with TMZ, she says, “The story was already way out there in the open before I spoke. If Lindsay is allowed to say, ‘fire that bitch,’ I should be able to defend myself.”
Holland told TMZ.com on Sunday, December 12, just after 1 AM, Lindsay and two roommates came home from a night on the town … violating the curfew policy.
Holland said Lindsay and company jumped a wall, trying to get inside the place she was staying without being noticed. Holland said security stopped the three women, and that’s when Lindsay became belligerent and started swearing up a storm.

Holland said she was called to do a breathalyzer on the 3 women, but Lindsay refused and then pushed her. Holland says she went back in the house and Lindsay called 911 on the house phone.
Holland said she picked up another house phone to speak with 911, and Lindsay confronted her again and ripped the phone out of her hand, causing a severe sprain which caused Holland to go out on workers’ comp.
Holland said she could smell alcohol on Lindsay’s breath.
As for Lindsay’s claim Holland touched her first, she says, “I did not touch the woman.”
