Man convicted in death of Frank Sinatra’s friend Jilly Rizzo may get out of prison
The man convicted of 2nd degree murder in the death of long-time Frank Sinatra friend Jilly Rizzo in May of 1992 may be getting out of prison this summer.
News Channel 3 has learned Jeffrey Perrotte has been found suitable for parole.
An official with the California Board of Parole hearings tells us Perrotte now faces a 120 day review process.
Then, there will be a 30 day review by the Governor’s office.
Depending on the outcome of those reviews, Perrottee could be released from prison in August.
Perrotte is at Men’s Colony State Prison in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Perrotte, a repeat DUI offender, was drunk the night he slammed his car into Rizzo’s outside Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, starting a terrible fire that claimed Rizzo’s life.
