Smugglers Caught With 96 Pounds Of Marijuana

Border Patrol arrests two for trying to smuggle two bundles of marijuana worth $77,000 into the U.S.

Border Patrol Agents detected two men walking into the U.S. in a remote area east of Calexico.

When Agents arrived they found two men hiding in the brush with two bundles of marijuana with ropes tied around them as straps.

The 23 and 27 year old were taken into custody and the bundles tested positive for marijuana.

Border Patrol asks that if you see suspicious activity to call the Border Community Threat Hotline at 800-901-2003.
