Car flips over on Highway 111
Palm Springs Police are on scene of a single car rollover accident on the Northbound lanes of Highway 111 near Snow Creek Road.
The accident occurred just before 5:00 p.m. The California Highway Patrol reported that a car flipped over several times according to witnesses before landing on the shoulder of the Highway.
Two people are reportedly being transported to the hospital. No word on the extent of their injuries at this time. Northbound traffic is going slow at this hour due to one lane of traffic being shut down for emergency crews.
