Congressman Ruiz aids passenger on plane.. Again.

Congressman Ruiz was once again called upon to render medical aid on one of his airline commuter flights between Washington D.C. and Palm Springs.

According to his spokesman Michael Ford, the latest incident happened Thursday when a flight attendant, on a flight bound for Phoenix, asked if there was a doctor on board the plane to render medical aid to a passenger.

Dr. Ruiz, who is an emergency room doctor at Eisenhower Medical Center, stepped up, says Ford. The young female passenger had some sort of seizure. We are told that Dr. Ruiz, was able to stabilize the young woman, who was later met at the Phoenix gate by emergency personnel.

According to the Dailycaller.com the passenger was Lisa De Pasquale, a columnist for the conservative Breitbart News and Townhall and author of Finding Mr. Righteous. The article says that De Paquale has no memory of the incident.

Ruiz was still able to board his connecting flight to Palm Springs.

This is not the first time Congressman Ruiz has aided a passenger in distress on a plane. Back in October of last year, a passenger on a flight bound for Forth Worth Texas collapsed on the plane, Ruiz helped the passenger, that flight was diverted to Raleigh, North Carolina, because of the incident.
