Tough times for black dogs searching for a forever home

This little lady charmed everyone in front of the camera and behind the scenes at the CBS Local 2.

Five month old Chelsea and her foster mom, Lynne Lockwood from Loving All Animals visited CBS Local 2 This Morning.

Lynne tells us black dogs are difficult to place in homes because potential owners have trouble making eye contact with the pooches. No eye contact–no love connection.

We had no problem finding a connection with Chelsea (it was a cheese stick) and her playful, lovable spirit. She is potty-trained, dog door trained and gets along wonderfully well with other dogs.
