At least one person taken to hospital

Police are investigating a crash on Indian Canyon Drive in Palm Springs.

At least one person was taken to the hospital after the crash around 10:00 p.m. Friday night just South of Alejo.

It appeared at least 2 cars were involved and one of them also hit a palm tree.

Traffic was backed up on Indian Canyon while crews cleared the scene.

It’s not clear what caused the crash.
