Westbound I-10 traffic now moving smoothly after earlier delays
Traffic was beginning to move smoothly late Monday night on Westbound Interstate 10 after earlier back-ups caused long delays for holiday travelers.
Earlier in the evening, traffic was backed-up near Gene Autry Trail all the way to Beaumont.
No major problems were reported, just heavy holiday traffic with millions of people making their way home after the long weekend.
