FBI’s lake search in San Bernardino expected to last several days
An FBI dive team has been searching a lake near the site of the San Bernardino terrorist attack, and officials said the search is expected to last at least a few more days.
Agents said they’re not looking for a specific piece of evidence at Seccombe Lake Park, but they’re leaving “no stone unturned” because they received reports that the two shooters were seen near the lake.
The mass shooting claimed the lives of 14 people on December 2. The FBI also said the number of injured victims has increased from 21 to 22 after a woman checked herself into the hospital in the days following the attack.
News Channel 3 and CBS Local 2 will deliver updates as the FBI’s investigation moves forward.
