Viewer video: President Obama plays golf at PGA West
President Obama teed off for a round of golf Saturday afternoon at PGA West TPC Stadium Course in La Quinta. The president is in town his two day Summit at Sunnylands with leaders from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.
Some viewers who played the course and live at PGA West sent us their videos of the president playing.
President Obama learned of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s death during the golf day. He immediately sent his condolences to Scalia’s family and planned to address the nation from Rancho Mirage around 5:30 p.m.
