A film with local storyline being shot in the Valley
A movie called “Do it or Die” based on the book “Night of the Full Moon” about the 1979 kidnapping of Palm Springs socialite Elaine Chaddick is being shot at different local locations.
Today we caught up with the crew in La Quinta cove. The producer and lead actress, Denise DuBarry Hay tells KESQ Valley support of this film has been incredible.
“It’s been amazing, the community has rallied around together to help make this dream come true.”
DuBarry Hay says she’s thrilled that this project is utilizing local production crews, talent and filming at local venues. She’s hoping to premier the film “Do it or Die” at the Palm Springs International Film Festival in January 2017.
