Living on a race track, Thermal Club continues to grow

Thermal Club is known to be the only fully residential race track in the country. It is home to 110 members, 26 current houses, and another 12 in development. They have a number of new additions coming within the next 18-24 months when it comes to facilities. Cody Krupp takes a look at how it’s grown over the last five years in existence from the east valley.
