Hiker rescued from Bump and Grind Trail
A hiker was rescued from the Bump and Grind Trail in Palm Desert this afternoon, according to Cal Fire.
The incident was reported around 12:45 p.m.
Emergency crews are set up at the trailhead behind the Target shopping center in Palm Desert. The hiker, a woman of unknown age, reportedly suffered a medical issue while hiking the trail, about one mile in.
